KAdmin Settings provide centralized control over your pharmacy's core system configuration. Unlike Account Settings (which are personal to each user), Admin Settings affect all users in your pharmacy and require administrator permissions to modify.
Navigate to the dashboard sidebar and click on the Settings icon, or go directly to /dashboard/settings to access the settings navigation tabs.
Select the settings category you want to configure from the horizontal navigation tabs. Start with Business Settings if this is your first time configuring the system.
Make your desired changes in the settings form. Most settings have tooltips explaining their purpose. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Click the 'Save Settings' or 'Update' button at the bottom of the form. Changes take effect immediately across your pharmacy system.
Test the changes in the relevant section of your system (e.g., create a test sale to verify receipt template changes, or check the POS interface after sales settings changes).
