KBulk edit is perfect for making the same change across multiple products simultaneously. Edit products in collapsible cards, allowing you to expand each product and edit its batches individually while seeing all your selections in one place.
Bulk edit is ideal for several common scenarios in pharmacy inventory management:
The bulk edit interface displays products in collapsible cards, allowing you to expand each product and edit its batches individually while seeing all your selections in one place.
From inventory list, check boxes for products to edit. You can select 2-100 products at once depending on your needs.
Click 'Bulk Edit' in the floating action bar. Products load in collapsible cards showing basic information.
Expand each product card. Edit batches inline (pricing, quantities, expiry) or open detailed modal for complete product/batch editing.
Review modified fields summary showing exactly what will change. Click 'Save All' to apply changes to all products at once.
The bulk editor supports editing both product-level and batch-level fields. Each product can have multiple batches, and you can edit each batch independently.
When editing pricing, the system automatically calculates related fields:
Products with multiple batches require special attention:
Expand the product card to see all batches. Each batch may have different pricing and expiry dates.
Edit each batch separately if they have different requirements. Don't apply the same price to all batches if they have different purchase costs.
Remove batches with zero quantity to keep your inventory clean. The system will warn you if the batch has sales history.
